Currently based in Hong Kong Eugene have lived and worked in few strategic locations inside Russia, Hong Kong and Austria.

In the last five years as an entrepreneur Eugene has been integrating his passion for tech innovation with expertise in shipping and logistics.

Eugene is an Asia partner in Quotiss.com, a Polish SaaS startup, which has created a unique algorithm to translate the longest ocean freight contracts into simple one-liners.

Eugene holds a Master of International Management and an MBA degrees (Bodo, Norway).
